What to expect from being a Member Company? 

The Rot.Jong Foundation was established in 2012 with the purpose of connecting Young Professionals to the city of Rotterdam and each other. Today, the Rot.Jong network has grown to over 3.000 Young Professionals employed by 25+ member companies connected to Rotterdam. These Young Professionals are offered free participation in social, educational, sports, cultural and societal events.

Rot.Jong events are funded by the annual contribution paid by our member companies and organized by core team members of Rot.Jong, consisting of 2-3 volunteering Young Professionals per member firm.

Please make sure to consider the conditions of our member companies when considering an application:  

• The office is based at an accessible location in Rotterdam; 
• The organization employs a minimum of 50 Young Professionals in Rotterdam;
• Employees are likely to show enthusiasm towards Rot.Jong and event participation.
